te

The word prompt was "Teeth" and I used the Zentangle pattern "Itch" for the scales on the dragon. This picture sums up the (bad?) advice given to us Anxiety ridden folks - "Focus on one thing at a time." Yeh, how's that working for you?

watercolour practice

Mechanical Flying Pet is an Adobe doodle. I used mostly the trace and fill from a watercolor pen and ink drawing that I placed in Adobe Illustrator.

These rodents like to play with the cat! And the cat doesn't mind! :D Follow my Inktober up-to-date posts on IG: @dittofunkysketch123

Sticky notes and a 12 hour shift

Virgil, going through a rough patch and reminding himself of someone who will help pull him through it. Lax inktober 2020, throw and hope

Road trip are always close to heart and memories

A collection of butterflies, done with gouache in my mixed media sketchbook.

Birbs on a post it note.

Back and Front covers from my new comic, FISH. I imagined, sketched, and inked 24 pages in 24 hours for 24 Hour Comics Day. I then colored it, scanned and did the layouts in the following days. Took a week total. Started it Saturday morning nd I sent it off to the printer the following Saturday!

Wanted to draw some floaty dudes! These poses are all referenced from Pinterest, the only thing from my brain was the coloured character’s design. I just needed to practise

This cat is already fierce with her teeth and claws, but she is also skilled in the blade. Watch out! Continue to follow my up-to-date inktober posts and more on IG: @dittofunkysketch123 :D

If Eowyn from Lord of the Rings was like in Adventure Time .... dude

Red pen sketch, classic BIC. Concept art for client.

Winter soldier

Painted with watercolor and the gold brush pen.

Inktober 2020, Day 13: "Dune". After pondering for a while, whether I should come up with something surprising, I decided to go with what for me is the obvious association, the sci-fi book. I based it on this illustration of a sandworm (https://dune.fandom.com/wiki/Sandworm?file=Dune-sandworm.jpg) by Nathan Rosario. It’s not meant to promote the now postponed new movie, but rather based on the books by Frank Herbert, which I loved as a teenager. Brushpens and posca markers on coloured A4, this time with an acrylic underpainting (falling back on my painterly ways). “I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”

Things aren't working. They're not clicking.

A self portrait painted in Photoshop.

No one likes to post crying photos. And Don’t be fooled by happy smiling profile pics, everyone has their own struggles.

Ending of the sequence I made based on the "apple" prompt by @moonchildillustrations and her #moontoberweekends.

I have to draw elves a lot for work, so I also wanted to draw one for my uni sketchbook :)

An abstract, minimalist piece with spontaneous movement. Black Brush Pen.

His slippery hands were desperately clutching the slippery tongue of the beast

Combined some digital art with photography to create this can piece for my favourite character of hocus pocus Winifred.
