A snapshot of a work in progress. Potential poster art? What do you think? Coffee wash background, spitshaded black and grey... Still more work to be done! Thanks for looking. :)
"Perhaps one reason we are fascinated by cats is because such a small animal can contain so much independence, dignity, and freedom of spirit.
Unlike the dog, the cat's personality is never bet on a human's. He demands acceptance on his own terms."

After the initial shock of creating my first sketch, I realized that I could do better. And after about a week this one was finally finished. (Would have done it sooner, but I had school.) And I once again managed to amaze myself. I never thought that it would be possible that I, who has basically no hand eye coordination, could create this.
Another one for MightCouldDrawToday! This week is Bears and I drew a cute bear from a photo reference I found. Lined with a Tombow Fudenosuke marker and colored with my Derwent Inktense Pencils. My sketchbook really can't handle the water! >.
Inspired by the national thing of the day, today is Puzzle Day. Part of the sandwich bag art I started in 2008 when I began drawing on my kids sandwich bags.
Just a fanart. Lazy detail. Still learning to draw hands. ~3 hours. I’m new here btw :p Looking for critiques, opinions, suggestions. (ah damn, uploaded wrong pict. this one is cropped, should be half body)
