the

Linocut done during hard times. The process of creating this artwork did help me calm down a lot.

Inktober 2020, Day 25: "Buddy". I thought what better match for the prompt than Stanley Stegosaurus, which my parents got to me when we moved to the US, when I was six. Stanley was a good buddy to me, when I didn’t understand at first the weird language spoken by those American kids. It has also been a good buddy to me during this weird pandemic time, when my IRL social life seems to be limited to maybe meeting one person once a month. Brush pens and posca on coloured A4.

from the "Présence - Seeds" series.

This is a single line drawing I painted with watercolors. It’s of a random dog on the internet.

Starring Django Django: Marble Skies (2018). Let me tell you a story about chasing dreams and overcoming obstacles. About the recurring feeling of "rain following marble skies". About success and frustration. About fascination and mania. Tricolor linoprint using one lino plate. September, 2020.

The lines here are interconnected and it gives the sense of the depth of everything in life

Ink on watercolor paper.

Black and white, graphite (pencil) design, on sketchbook paper.

I wonder which one is the imposter?I always think the characters are creatures that resemble astronauts rather than people in astronaut suits

Found a shady spot to sketch a little street in our beautiful city of San Francisco. I have been surprised to learn how much fun vehicles are to draw. My four year old loves them.

I created him for the same universe as Guardian. I have a vague backstory for both in mind, maybe I'll write it down one day. Sketch done in pencil, colored digitally.

I had just started painting again and all the years if holding back...holding it in, caught up with me. California was burning and the demons inside of me were smoldering too, waiting to get out.

Starring Don McLean: American Pie (1971). Let me tell you a story about realizing that good old times are over. About "the day the music died" when three rock'n roll legends died in a helicopter crash. About Buddy Holly's widowed bride left behind. Tricolor linoprint using one lino plate. October, 2020.

The Invitation By Shel Silverstein was my inspiration. You may come in. But I do not know where some rooms go. Leaving could be harder.

Lost in a crowd of one. The city crawls high. The sounds are intense. Lost in a crowd of just me.

Sketch of a painting I'm thinking about. I think as adults, we have our own ambitions about living on the moon. However, once we have children, we can only yearn to be able to live on the moon with them.

Black and white, graphite (pencil) drawing. This is the fourth rendering of this "girl-in-the-rose" image (it's a personal favorite).

This is a fanart of Croissant Cookie from the game Cookie Run: Ovenbreak, she is a very nice and cool time traveler!

The Swedish Chef from the Muppet Show. Brushpens and posca on coloured A4.

This year is my first time participating in the global drawing challenge called INKTOBER! Fact, I haven't been sharing with you all my entries from the official inktober prompt list from the beginning. Even so I still would like to show you some of them anyway :) So here it is my interpretation on the prompt 'RADIO' Enjoy :)
