'HI' DOODLEADDICTS ~ FROM THE GIRLS

Got nostalgic for the Beetlejuice cartoon sometime around 2013. Wanted to do a style study of the wacky backgrounds from that show!

i walk along the path in a nice sunny day with me camera before see a unusual sight of seagulls.

A little mixed media portrait of Moon

On the dunes...

How I followed the trumpets sound in the park and met one of the most famous trumpet player. 3 years ago, I had a conversation with him . Fascinating stuff.

Samara/Sadako is the ghost that crawls out your tv.

Day by day dear Lord, of thee these three things I pray: to see You more clearly, to love You more dearly, to follow You more nearly. Day by day. This is a hymn I hold dear to my heart, and sometimes I find myself unknowly humming to the tune as I go about my day! If you know this hymn, sing it! //There are 6 Sundays leading up to Good Friday. In observation of Lent, I will be posting 6 works inspired by the theme. This is for the 3rd Sunday of Lent.

Color version of the previously uploaded sketch! Design for an OC Skeksis from the Dark Crystal.

The day slowly gos to a end while seeing the lovely pink sky and the seagull.

A nice day with boat bubble on the waves.

Some (over ten years old! Wah!) Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy fanart I did under the username MsArduousFieldWorker eons ago. Would have posted some of these separately, but this site only allows things over 500px wide and I only was able to save the flattened PNGs from my ancient XP laptop. Everything here was drawn traditionally, inked with a brushpen, then scanned and colored in PS7.

This exemplifies the reward/risk benefit-analysis of chronological decision-making by a being possessed of will.

It's a good day to go to a concert. Robert Dick and Dan Blake performing at 2B & 2C Gallery. So ok, this was a few days ago. Plus is their album Laugh and Lie Down for which I made the cover.

Sketch today, cleanup and color tomorrow? Translating Jim Henson's crazy detailed puppets from the Dark Crystal into what I feel would be an appropriate illustrative style for 2D was a lot of fun, and I might fiddle around more with it. Character is an OC Skeksis with the title of Therapist/Psychologist, so the little designs on his jacket are supposed to represent neuron synapses and the back... thing (which you can't see from this angle) would look like a brain.

Not every year I get to produce a drawing dated the 29th of this month… so I figured I’d do something about that!

Drawing of my wallet, bored trying to do still life the results came out good

A scene from Hazbin Hotel where Alastor has a breakdown. I wanted to recreate the moment using my own art style. I think it came out rather well.

Take a lovely photo later of the day.

I have always enjoyed drawing these type of vintage advertising pictures.

Caption with my camera About me: i am a wandering person likes taking photo with my camera and showing my hobby to everybody

A tribute to the great David Mann. Really wanted this to be in Easy Riders magazine but didn’t happen.

I’ll be honest, 2024’s not been too bad mostly but the recent crap weather in Scotland has a lot to answer for. Cold and miserable? Sure, but it’s not exactly been winter as we know it. Roll on spring! In lighter news... happy Pokemon day :-D
