I have quite a bit of traveling planned this Summer...from NYC to Copenhagen to Venice to Berlin and a few more spots. Very much looking forward to all the different colors, cities, and cultures in the coming weeks.
We wrapped up our trip with South of the Border, the schlockiest, most-borderline-offensive Mexican-themed South Carolina rest stop of all time. Then we hit Raleigh's art museum, and went home. The last few sketches of my sketchbook were me flipping through my photos and drawing a few favorite things I hadn't gotten to drawing yet. Thanks for traveling with me!
I'm traveling through England ans Scotland for the next two weeks, and of course that meant I had to start a new travel sketchbook! I found it fitting that the first page shows the route I will be on.
I went to Florida and kept a chronicle of my adventures! This is part 1 of 3, in which my husband comes down with Lyme disease and I go to Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom. I realize my address is in here, but it's a PO Box, so I'm not worried. Feel free to send me drawings; I'll send you something back if you include a return address.

Inktober piece 1, another 3am finish so a bit late, but I am traveling this month so may not be able to put out 1 everyday. I will try my best to get some practice in.
That time when Tyrion and Bronn walked away from the Eyrie after winning a trial by combat. this was a sweet gift I did for Christmas for my mom & dad - they love traveling and Telluride, CO, has become their second home! my mom loves Aspen trees and the mountains, found it only fitting they be included in this collaged painting I did for them. I used gouache paint for all landscape and watercolors for my parents. It was fun combining the two paint types and my first attempt using gouache paint - I loved it!
Actually I saw this scene when I was traveling in bus early morning. In the foggy outskirts of city. I spotted this farm. I loved the one small patch of farm with Greeny patch.
Couldn't paint the fog, but tried to give the sky a feel of foggy.
