During my school days I used to love going to the Art at lunch time. We really were able to create what ever we wanted. I used pain brush strokes, tracing paper and really explored.
Painted my favorite cartoon characters from when I was a kid as part of an Instagram live paint jam with my friend and comic Artist Michael Chuah. We both did our own versions. It was fun.

First drawing I did of her as a newly designed character because I did not like the way she looked before.on my sketchbook (it's not great) she's the third female demon I created,she's fun to draw."a very feisty although understanding princess who tries her best to protect her kingdom."
I had a spare 45 min after an errand and wanted to see the De Young. I wasn't planning on it, so I didn't have a jacket or hat to protect from the cold wind and had to draw fast.
Wanted to further push how realistic I can achieve with water colour. I don’t think my skill is there yet, so I just let the water colour did it’s thing. And tried to control it less, moved away from adding even more detail.

Thie sword lily flower is a mess. It’s hard to figure out what is what when drawing with a ref photo. I made this study as a stage of réparation for a final watercolor piece (more like ink and watercolor). I used cheap watercolor pencils
