I hadn't used a Wacom tablet for at least three years so it was nice going back to digital for a while. I used Krita 3.0 along with Lazy Nezumi Pro to minimize jitter.
Man, I’ve been random lately. I think my mind’s eye sees stuff that normal people don’t. That might make me abnormal. I’m kinda comfortable with that. Guess who’s going to be watching some Clint Eastwood tonight?
Drawn with a Sailor/Wancher Turquoise 1911L. The M nib on this pen comes to a sharp point which allows for some line variation not from flex but based on how deep the firm nib digs into the watercolor paper. The Noodlers Black ink is a little dry and that contributes to this effect.
There's a moment in Black Panther where Michael B Jordan's character steals an African mask from a museum. When the other character with him asks why, he says "I'm just feelin' it." The mask he grabbed was VERY cool, and I kind of wanted one, too. But, short of stealing things out of museums, I guess I'll have to draw them. (fineliner pen on the back of a 55mm x 85mm business card) I accidently shredded this piece. It was a nice little drawing on the back of a business card, so it was annoying to lose it.
