A bit on the rough side right now, since I'm just getting started (again) on watercolours. I've never painted this loosely before so this is a big step for me. Maybe I'll try a selfie again in a few months to see how I've progressed.

While you live and breathe, there is hope.

It got cold very quickly and the fog was there, moving thickly around us, shutting us in on all sides. Finished the color! I feel I rushed it a little bit, but i'm reasonably happy with the finished product. If I tried to perfect it, I'd never get it done >_< I've added some new background details, some new peeps and edited the dialogue a lil' bit. I feel very strongly that an immersive world is part of good storytelling, so I try and sneak details in wherever I can, such as the graffiti in the second panel. I am, in fact, unsatisfied with that graffiti. It's not magical enough. what does magical graffiti look like, I wonder? Do you guys have any ideas?

What started out as a bored doodle has become this. I'm rather proud of it, hoping to add water colors soon

Colored with watercolors! I love the feel of these, and the way they match the style. I went with a bit of a different color scheme than I was initially thinking of. Decided for blue at the suggestion of my sister, and I think it works rather well.
