I drew this up pretty quickly on a whim. I don't know what the story behind this is, what either of those creatures are called, or who that lady is. All I know is that the snail creature should be voiced by Tom Hiddleston
The plight of the maker is tears from a dropped stitch, the unrelenting mental gauntlet that is bobbin knots, the pain of fingertips burned smooth from the lava-like ooze that hold our creations together. Makers! Know this. You are not alone.
(HB pencil on 130mm x 120mm paper) With pandemic lockdowns happening all the time, it's created something of a Victorian feel to Christmas, so it was no surprise that I drew this for the Christmas cards I do at this time of year, along with a very odd version of a round-robin message attached to it. Honestly, I don't know how to describe this artwork. I just took a black, pink ,
and purple pen and started playing around. You beautiful people can draw your own conclusions.
I haven't posted on a while but here's more digital art! I think I shaped the eyes wrong so now they just look sad but hey, I'm learning! I didn't have time to give details to the hair since I was focused on the face, but I like the shape of it. What do you think? Let me know if you have any suggestions to improve this, thanks!
