Hi Maia- I am so glad you are an artist. I hope it continues in your life. You have difficulties. I can relate. I am glad I have found this self-portrait of you. Faces help me to conceive of another online, of course. I see nothing 'messed up' in this drawing but I do see a strong creative spirit in it and a command to the tools used. I am going to submit an image of many self-portraits (for you) I have made over the years. No two of them are the same!?

@David50Wilson Thank you so much, this genuinely means a lot to me! Self-portraits can definitely say a lot about someone, especially online when you usually don't actually see or know them...I think that's one of my favorite ways to be introduced to someone. I tend to be pretty critical of my art/work, though I'm trying to work on it. It's easy for me to look at my own art and see all the mistakes; I have a hard time stepping back and being completely happy with a piece.
