@ElaineG Hi, Elaine! Thanks for your comment. Yes, Copic markers are refillable. Kinda takes the sting out of the price tag. As for ballpoint pens, I use super cheap Bic pens. The yellow ones with a black cap. They seem to not get gloopy as much, but you still have to make it habit of wiping the ballpoint off regularly. Plus, they're fine point enough that it makes it easier to create really light lines. Hope that helps!
