Another cat that isn't quite a cat. This one has evolved over billions of years to be able to live underwater, just to be able to hunt their favorite fish better, and more often.

I was born this way.

Acrylic on canvas, 4' x 8'. Some friends in a local figure drawing group had a show and we each entered a 32 square foot image.

Watercolor 2003-4. Patience, good temperament, civility, humility, love describes my grandmother's life--born in the late 1800s, she faced more difficulties in life than I have ever faced. This painting represents longing to return to her.

The bird vs bird are on both trees. They're about to fight, but they actually didn't. Instead they had a normal day.
