People click pictures to remember and tell stories of their adventures on the trip. I want to tell my travel stories through doodles. This is my first attempt at them, and looks like i would stick to making these on my travels. This one is for the 4 day trip to Dharmashala, Himachal Pradesh, India. Yes, indeed, this is a foot. A foot that has taken up 5 months of my life but here we are. For some context, I'm lucky to be able to take 2 art classes this year (senior year perks, I suppose) especially given the strict scheduling connected to the STEM program I'm in. I'm taking Studio Drawing, and this is my first Bargue drawing. Definitely different than what I'm used to doing (and not the most interesting to look at), definitely mildly infuriating at times, but it's done.
have you ever seen the part in a bug's life where he flies into the wall, shows a thumbs up and says "I'm okaaay". that's how I imagine saying the title of this image. I added some bruises and stuff so I didn't have to explain to my younger sisters that I was referring to an emotional state of mind
