Looking through a book about cats and studying their body language. Does this look like the right mix of realism and whimsy?

Some of these vintage cargo bikes are so gorgeous just like the people using them.

Just tried to draw something different today besides mandalas .

The twin sentinels, frozen in their eternal watch over the royal gardens: Gloriana, the "Slayer of Worlds", and Pat.

I love anything I can stick flowers on. This is one of my ultimate favorites. Botanical Skull - Micron Ink (005) on Bristol - www.janelledimmett.com

"She stopped to speak to him, altering her mind, and went on her way." Trying to learn more about Kay Nielsen's style. He illustrated folk and fairy tales in the early 1900s for Grimm and Disney and others. I love his dark/moody style with everything so flowy, elongated, elegant, and tragic. And his amazing compositions.

I have done a little Rework on this piece. Charcoal, carbon pencil drawing

acrylic on canvas

ink on paper
