The Woman Puppet from Rome. A clay or plaster of paris puppet head that was glossy and smooth. This painting of the woman pupped is regal and dignified. It shows little animation or dramatic expression. It is unlike most of the others, say for its counterpart
I’ve had a lot going on lately, like a lot, I haven’t posted in a really long time (or drawn to be honest). I hope everyone is doing well, or better then me. This idea came to me in the shower the other day and so I decided to do it!
Csodálatos az élet, ha tudod, hogy éld. Szerethetsz, ha nyitva a szíved. Minden gyönyörű, ha szeretettel nézed. Ha tudod élvezni egy macska, madár, virág jelenlétét... mit mondhatnék, a világ a tiéd lesz.

Abandoned drawing of Ellie wearing a black turtleneck. The lighting in the room was terrible and the black fabric hid a lot of the shadow detail of the folds and it frustrated me. That’s my excuse anyway… Model: Ellie.
Single continuous line using shadow for depth/layers
A figure laying on their side with arm raised over eyes blocking the sun rays while soaking it all in.
The last few days, I've been going through my drawing journals dating back to 1977, mainly to purge them, but also to reminiscence. I laughed at this comic- one of many that I had forgotten about- of a conversation with an artist friend I've known since 1984, when I went to visit in her pottery shop.
