Here is my drawing of an alicorn (sometimes also called a pegacorn). I was originally just experimenting with creating light effects, but then I just kept going and this happened :) I don’t have much of a story for him, or even know what kind of environment he would live in....a desert perhaps where his golden wings could reflect the sunlight into the eyes of his enemies. I recently discovered oil pastels and am being amazed every day at how versatile they are. While cleaning my desk this morning I found some blank ATCs (Artist trading cards, 2.5x3.5") and wondered if I could work small with such a bulky medium. Turns out, absolutely yes.

at first I wanted to draw this on paper with colour pencils but I didn't have all the necessary colours so I switched over to digital. making the lips look like goldfish wasn't my initial intention but I like how it came out in the end
too simple of a titled, what are you thinking, its basically taken about ten times already ! Okay, just relax, I don't have a real title for it , if it could be UNTITLED , I'd do that in a heartbeat .
This is the second edition of my snake drawing collection, the first one was titled "slipped secrets" and addressed the conveyance of information between certain parties that should not have been shared. This artwork portrays a sense of love and mutual agreement/understanding using snakes as the conceptual medium through which the action and emotion is portrayed
