I drew my cat squeaks. I was hoping y’all would be able to give me some feedback on my art please? I haven’t drawn in over 16 years and this is my first piece since then. I’m also adding the picture I used as inspiration.
This a figurative inspired abstract sketch using layers of pencil crayon. I wanted to express an individuality and togetherness at the same time. I also wanted to experiment with space, shape and depth.
My friend Steve from the art studio suggested we do studies in blue in honor of the #lightitblue campaign. Just when I was needing some inspiration! These are the late afternoon tree shadows at the foot of my garden.

This is an old piece created as part of a series of illustrations for a poetry book entitled "Fruit and Bones" by Elizabeth Zimmers (Yon) back in 2002. Had prints made and just found them again - so I added them to my website ~ which is still a work in progress. Please visit and let me know your thoughts! Next is to add more originals and prints. Hi there, I wanted to uploade this art work as the quarantine quarter submission.. But due to my harsh luck the time was out...and I was late by 2-3mins...I was extremely sad about it but then thought to upload it on my profile only...so this is basically a drawing of me and my family enjoying time in this quarantine period :) and please please please tell any kind of lack in my this drawing...
