I generally make marks on something every day, but I'm really TRYING to do it purposefully in one singular location (journal). Here is a successful attempt from that particular day. I'm also super lazy, which means I never go up to my actual studio and only use what's out on my computer desk.

Watercolour and coloured pencil on watercolour paper. Usually I paint on watercolour paper that costs about 3$ for a pad with 10 sheets. This was the first time I painted on paper that costs about 1$ per sheet. And yes, it DOES make a difference. :D
This is a piece of art that I've just done for a friend. Don't try to ask me what it is exactly, because I have crazy friends. he drew a poorly sketched character on a piece of paper, which I doodled over as a layer, so I didn't have much to work with. I was mainly experimenting with Sketchbook's tools, so that's why its kind of all over the place. God gave me the gift of art.....and I'm creating angry bird knock-offs. :]
Glaucomys sabrinus, northern flying squirrel has belly fur that is gray at the base. Flying squirrels might more appropriately be called “gliding squirrels” because they aren’t capable of true powered flight that a pterosaur, a bird or a bat can do. Our rooster was killed by a weasel while defending his hens a few years ago, so this fellow was referenced from various on-line photos. He's drawn with colored pencils on Strathmore 400 Smooth Bristol board paper.
I wish dodo birds were alive again,they would have made amazing pets like chickens except slower and more bigger in shape and possibly aggresive too.I just love drawing birds.
