This piece was done in graphite. It took me about 6 hours over the course of a few days. I didn’t love how the rider turned out, but this was my first time drawing a rider so I’m not too upset about it ;) Let me know what you think! Constructive criticism is always appreciated! :)
Figured I’d try my hand at something fan art flavoured for this one… namely in the form of my favourite tiny fictional character, Kirby!
I can’t ascertain when exactly I became a fan of the Kirby franchise, although playing Super Smash Bros as a young boy may have something to do with that.
Whatever the case, I got hooked on the pink (or blue in some cases) puffball very quickly!

This painting was developed from a photo shoot at Presquile Provincial Park in Ontario, Canada. The bobcats were designed and posed by myself. The details of the fur were from research.

Now Glooscap had never married and wasignorant of how children are managed, but with perfect confidence he smiled at the baby and asked it to come to him. The baby smiled back but never moved...

Like her name,she's sour but she's more angry than glum,I really don't like how her dress turned out but I really couldn't try anything else since I'm drawing with my finger again.. hopefully I'll redesign the dress soon and use less orange.Duchess RavenWaves is my inspiration for her.She is a purple licorice princess albeit evil (you know how a lot of people hate licorice?) Instead of having simple sweet candy decorations on her dress she has candy corn decorations (no one likes candy corn) she is really bitter,evil, selfish and ruthless often enslaving many candy people with her father who works as her advisor.her wand isn't alive like Sweetnette's wand it still has powerful magic like Sweetnette,she has to dance and sing to transform, there's a jester form and a military leader form.she is taller and thin,and has a circular face in contrast to Sweetnette's square face.she often uses demonic magic,which sometimes backfires.
I genuinely can't believe it's already March (I also can't believe it'll be a year since the pandemic really started). Yesterday also marked one year since I started journaling, which isn't an actual major thing, but still. How quickly time flies and how big of a difference a year can make. Not nice. Not happy. An unhappy ending to an unhappy and struggling world. we tried . Now we have been given Illoniri, we start over, and this time the people are different, not just human, but elves and orcs, and people made of candy . Hope starts when we give up hopelessness and embrace new. Don't ask yourself which of these last people you may be . Just ask yourself if you want a better world than this. It really isn't about becoming someone, but finding out who you really are. Bloom .
