Done 2016 with color pencils on 9x12 bristol paper. I did this at my job about 80% and finished it at home. At the office job I was by myself and not much job to do at the company , so one day I decided to bring my art materials and start drawing and this came about after i looked at some creepy doll on internet , which urge to draw scary stuff. I immediately thought of birdgirl from @adultswim when i heard this word i was really surprised when the show got a second season b/c adultswim tends to have one season or half season shows on its network.
Clemence's and Calamity's 130 year old grandma,candy people are known to age slower than other food people and often appear younger than they look.all three of them live with each other in harmony Grandma loves jokes but she is often forgetful but at the same time she can be silly and wise.Food people can live up to be 150 except for fruit and vegetable people since they age very quick while plant people live to 200 and object people live to be 100,Grandma has named her mobility chair Rodster since she tends to go very quickly on her chair especially when going out in public,Calamity painted a lightning bolt on Rodster on both sides.
I couldn't resist the glitter so I added it.my favorite underated superhero!it was quite simple painting him.this is my second character painting so far.

It's a worry when you have a chat with a child about dinosaurs and they say they should skateboard, but have their baseball cap turned backwards and have sunglasses on and only skate on one leg, cause I can see that straight in my mind and I couldn't resist making a little mascot logo design of a Diplodocus riding a skateboard. The only thing I couldn't work out is how to make him do the thumbs up sign, cause Diplodocus' don't have thumbs! Maybe I should go back to the drawing board with the thumb idea, but this was so much fun to get down and design. The kid loved it, so next time I go over to see her mum and dad it looks like I'll be doodling dinos doing all sorts of things!
Here on this acrylic/ink on canvas piece, you can see a Loupee realizing that it truly, in fact, is very ugly. Actually so ugly, that it began to melt its surrounding reality causing its shadow to lose its true vibrancy. All it wanted was to see was its pupils. No one can relate to this situation any better than you can.
have to be honest...I'm not a fan of cutesy characters I prefer cold,sarcastic,scornful characters like Ruthleen,Parslip,Elveridrel,snidecious and Morrison.but clemence is the exception because her cuteness never favors her because she's not taken seriously as a person (because she's pink and fluffy,like real cotton candy)anyway Clemence was supposed to be a partly humanoid candy person but since it didn't suit her personality(clever,hard working,hopeful)well I changed her to a humanoid instead.she was timid and clumsy in her original look and she was taller 6'0.again these are old sketches I completely forgot about,

It's easy to forget the importance of our plants. That is until their life depends on it! I think we have one that needs watering, but then again, maybe it's just thirsty because of those potting supplies and fertilizers! Either way - give 'em a drink; they need their plantitas right now more than ever.
