It's definitely been a bit since I've posted, sorry about that, things have gotten very chaotic very quickly. I'm officially less than a month out from graduation (the finish line is almost here!), which also means it's time for my teachers to cram in projects. Other than that, I'm happy to say I received two official art commissions! I'm hoping to get something set up to hopefully begin selling some pieces, but, for now, I'll have some pieces in a gallery soon. Things, things, things, and Tony's face. Part of a larger project, hopefully to be completed soon.
I thought I would play with crayons this morning. The bird with the cute hairdo is a Livingstone’s turaco from the family Musophagidae. Found in the subtropical lowlands of southeastern Africa. This bird’s plumage is the color of spring. Crayola crayons on toned tan sketch paper.

Another Korra fanart I did in 2014. The artwork is quite messy because it was more of a quick doodle rather than a proper drawing. And there are some anatomy "bugs" that I didn't fix. Anyways, I hope Korra fans can enjoy this piece. Really wanted to convey her character through the colors, face expression and pose. I hope I managed, even if a tiny bit. (Deviantart had taken this drawing down back in 2014 because I didn't put some nudity/NSFW flags, but I wonder how do I put these flags on this website? Hmmmm?)

The type of spirit captured depends on the demon you wish to conjure and is used as currency or an "exchange" for the demons services. This artwork was supposed to be a self portrait but it quickly turned into a more charming, awesome stylized portrait (not mine, obviously). This piece has a color scheme similar to midnight gospel and katana zero (video game), I have added the blue and pink color shades to make it a little bit interesting. I think for a lot of us, the pandemic has redefined what the definition of “staying at home” means. It has been a struggle navigating the new definition of “home” and the space that “home” occupies in our lives.

A quick doodle. I want to get into landscape drawings as well. I bought a Staedtler Mars Technico lead holder. It feels cheap in my hand. I've been using Nic Pro lead holders from amazon - they feel solid. The hexagon shape sits well in my hand. The leads that come with them - they lay down well.
It’s one of my OC’s (her name is Annie, short for Anabella). She has heterochromia, meaning she has 2 colored eyes, and I tried to match the butterflies with the color of the eye on the opposite side. The angle is supposed to be from above, with her laying down, and her hair spread out.
