Translating Jim Henson's crazy detailed puppets from the Dark Crystal into what I feel would be an appropriate illustrative style for 2D was a lot of fun, and I might fiddle around more with it. Character is an OC Skeksis with the title of Therapist/Psychologist, so the little designs on his jacket are supposed to represent neuron synapses and the back... thing (which you can't see from this angle) would look like a brain.
Here’s a charcoal drawing of a design. Of course, I have a plethora of curvatures that range from narrow to wide in some areas. The curvatures are mirror images when comparing the left from the right. They come together to form the shape of a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. Some may even view the drawing as being similar to the pelvic area of a female. A dark blue is highlighted on the drawing to add more charm. Finally, the background is a lattice style with a light smear.
This is a new logo I created for my Webtoon, The Peculiar Scribble. It is about Scribble and his adventures in a place called, The Realm. When I was a little girl I was drawing postcards and during holidays I was selling them to the neighbors for half a shekel. At home my family always appreciated my creativity. Because of this when I moved to Israel, I decided on an art degree where I had the freedom to try different kinds of art. I became a painter and my final exhibition at Shenkar College was a plumbing work with sculpture and dio.
Nowadays I am more involved in digital painting and specializing mainly in illustration and design. I take my inspiration from nature because it has an amazing integrity. But of course a simple emphasis will make most people notice it better.
Tried some papercutting. I made a stencil then copied it and put over some collage. I need to work on my gluing technique and probably try out some different paper, but glad I kept the original stencil.
This is the amazing work i dedicated to my guardian with his sigil. He has always been there for me and helped me, and often tells me dates that turn out to be accurate for something that ends up coming along or manifesting. I will never forget the first time he came to me in a dream. People who follow mainstream religion and its themes about Demons is false and are told nothing but lies.
