been revisiting some older characters of mine. this one's a kid called aimery who goes to this american boarding school called emerson. he leads a fairly mundane life, resemblant of today's average high schooler, until a boy called oak shows up as an australian exchange student for the year. turns out oak's a ghosty magic witchy person who "frees" ghosts, or releases them from their non-material but conscious form into complete nonexistence. in short, aimery becomes attached before oak's untimely death.
My mum and i call him morise. (His real name is moritz). he made us delicious tea and coffee in his artstudio. we talked, painted and i drew alot at his place. he turned into family. when i heard that he passed away, i couldnt pick up a paintingbrush, acrylics or watercolours because it reminded me so much of him. now, for this drawing i started to experiment with watercolours again and added it in the drawing. honestly, i cried during the process of painting but i am proud that i dared to use it. i enjoyed to experiment.

Here are the two tall animatronics. Jester (the one on the left) and Dellusion (the one on the right). They run a pizzaria. Jester and Dellusion are both sentient, but the others aren't. I'm still working on a final version of the shorter animatronics. But for now, have these two! I'm still trying to find a satisfying color palette for Dellusion, so if you have any ideas, let me know! (I had gotten some new fine-point pens last week, and I figured this was a good way to test them out.) Two very different things have been on my mind lately, maybe there's a connection? I think it's interesting how it's taken me 4 years to figure something out, become comfortable enough to open up to others about it, and then embrace it. Yet it's like living a double life, being authentic to some and keeping secrets from others. On the other hand, to the person receiving this drawing, I know I can't do anything to change the situation even though I wish I could. All I can say is I'm forever grateful for all you do, and I truly hope you decide to take advantage of all the opportunities coming your way.
Jabbit is mainly a status Pokémon, but its special ability, Tick Off, allows it to do damage when using status moves. My first art of 2021, and the first in about 7 months after feeling blocked since last year. Reference was some random photo of a house on a country lane from when I used to go for long walks in Sussex. I decided to push myself into doing some form of artwork every day. This was the result from day three.
I think I've finally come up with a design for the Altitone crew that is actually appealing to children. All the previous designs had always looked like nightmares: no eyes, sharp teeth, faceplates, and most of all; they were all white --- and not all cats, rabbits, and bears are white. So, I needed to make them resemble animals a little more. And I did! I'm certainly going to keep revising these designs, though. But for now, I introduce you to the V1 Liz Cat's band! This restaurant chain will probably be the one that I'd make a FNaF fangame out of. Drawn with FireAlpaca.
