(HB pencil on 74mm x 106mm paper) A dreamscape (automatic drawing) image. A weird one showing a somewhat annoyed elf hiding amongst the trees and shrubs. The face itself was one of the first things to take form and I liked the way the dream construct became the texture of the tree branches.

Four quick self-portraits, also show-casing my quarantine haircut. I did them yesterday as a part of Leith of School of Art’s Wake up and Draw challenge. The instructions were to do Van Gogh style drawings using the short very lively lines he is renowned for. The main image was 15 minutes on A3, the other three 5 mins each on A4. The images are in ascending order, so the first one should be at the bottom and the last one as the featured image.

Lots of the on my hands during self isolation. Got me thinking about the power of nature over us mere mortals. With all our supposed wealth and intellect we are powerless by comparison.

Must Survive. My neighbour is triggering one of my trauma's at the moment. Sometimes all you can do is survive, sit through and wait for it to stop. Resist. I have to be strong. My neighbour will stop (hopefully before I go to bed).

I am composed. I am more than just a label. Sometimes I'm happy, sometimes anxious (well more than just sometimes), sometimes playful, sometimes sad, sometimes brace, sometimes even too brave, sometimes creative, sometimes numb, sometimes... This piece is the product of a self appointed challenge to learn to cover the page and draw in detail. It’s exciting to create something that might take a moment to look at.

I really enjoyed the Inktober challenge and this was my favorite drawing from the month. Been trying white ink for a new challenge, on grey toned paper. I've also challenged myself to draw more animals, so that's been fun. I can't remember drawing an elephant before, but my joke was that this one is ready for Coachella!

Super late for inktober but I didn't want my ideas to go to waste. ^^ I dunno if I'll finish but I'll try to draw as much as I can without overexerting myself. Anywaaay...! This illustration is a fan art of the two main characters from relatively unknown PS2 classic, Okage. If you haven't heard of it or paid it much attention before, it's a must-play if you don't tire of JRPGs!! Inktober Day 01 - Ring -This is the ring Daenerys dropped in the grasslands so that Jorah and Daarios can track her... Marginalias' character are starting to flesh out, even if I still don't have a story. These two are the princess (Who still doesn't have a name. Diana maybe?) a peryton and Ancelade, an atlas lion. They met when they were kid ( 9-10 for Ancelade, about fifteen for the princess). Ancelade was brought back from a war campaign by an old veteran knight who more or less adopted him and the Princess, when meeting a dirty, shivering lion cub, took him under her wing right away (quite literally, he used to fit under her wing, not anymore). (The joke, every time this episode is mentioned, is that Ancelade's adoptive father, while already having fathered children, had no idea how to care for a child and probably thought they were self cleaning). Once Ancelade properly cleaned up, the Princess discovered he was blond AND fluffy. Ten years later, she is still the only one allowed to touch his mane. Each think of the other as the brother or sister they don't have anymore. Even if everyone always ask them the same old question to which they answer in a mature and articulated way: Are you lovers?

A 3 format We love when Puppet amused! We always learn from The Greatest! Warning! The following text is intended for fans of Puppet Zvonko! People with poor cognitive abilities may remain confused. We Puppetapostles, we keep track of what our Lord Puppet is doing, we study each of his movements, each his word is recorded and subjected to philosophical analysis. And always, again, over and over again, our conviction is strengthened every time: He is the God of eternal wisdom and the correct procedures! It is known that Puppet Zvonko - for their own entertainment - whips, branded and cuts people with a razor, often with mortal consequences. We gladly approve of it, it is reasonable to Overpower must feel comfortable and have fun, with us, miserable microbes. We are happy that we are honored with its perfect presence. For the last month, we noticed that his Torture Trinity (razor, whip, stamp) was exclusively used by one unbeliever, just a blow - two, and then Puppet goes away. I wanted to challenge myself to draw something which is anatomically hard. I chose Breakdance as subject because it had been my passion for 16 years but I had to put an end to it due to my chronic injury.

Coloring practice! Looked up a lot of references for the lighting, and despite not looking like the reference I'd say I've leveled up with colored pencils. I almost never use prismas except for hair, but this time prismas colored the entire lass. This here's Yonn Goldheart Afflora, savior of Galantra, basically she's the braveheart of her country. The dirt on her face speaks of 1000 hunts and the loss of her eye shows the extent of her bravery and sacrifice. I'm thinking her chapter should be explained in a short story, yes? For legends get passed along in story over fire and wine!

The freshness of morning withdrew in front of the warm rays of the sun. The Wizard of Cirilo Bum and I came to the High Meadow, one beautiful gazebo, where we planned to spend a day off. - Only those who work hard and get their work done, fully enjoy all the pleasure of a vacation - said the wizard Čirilo Bum. Then I remember that I did not do some important jobs yesterday, Čirilo Bum will definitely see it when we get home. Every time I was constantly tortured by the fact that I would have to listen, a critic of the old wizard, when we come home because of my unsolved tasks. My nervousness I softened so that I ate all the food from the basket. Late in the afternoon, we went home, from the trees they began to descend some new, hitherto unseen beings in search for food or night hideout. Spirit of water was gone, but a good part of the way, perhaps from curiosity, we were followed by other inhabitants of the World of Fantasy, were to me welcome companions, I took my thoughts with them, to the house. I have had an ongoing project called Hybrid Mythologies. Inspired by stories and mythological creatures, tales from different traditions and parts of the world, I have been playing with emergent stories, characters and creatures that incorporate different elements. It is really a kind of spontaneous, intuitive journey and play of associations - oftentimes surprising to myself in what emerges. This year I am planning to publish an artbook entitled Hybrid Mythologies and if it all goes according to plan, it should be done some time in May. I will post process from this book.

I have a good bit more to do with this but I thought I’d post the progress so far. First time using real software besides stuff like paint. Sketched out the bones of it in pen and scanned to myself.

This is a self portrait for a drawing class I'm working on. Its still a work in progress.

Today was actually such a pleasant morning! ✨ I woke up at 5 am (instead of the usual 8 am) and used the extra 3 hours for myself~ I did some sketches, wrote a page in my journal and then drew some flowers. Which led me to this, again another flower shop. First I wanted to do a night version of my older piece but soon realized it looks bad. So drew this one instead. The story continues.
