Hi and hello! Now is the time for her to just feel the sand under her toes and knees. The little friends are doing their happydance and she passed by to say hello. I was so proud of this picture and had alot of fun drawing it and then - I honestly got really insecure about it. Now i gave myself a little push and decided to share it now. It is sort of strange how there have been 4 versions of Elizabeth, Preistor, etc., while there have only been 2 versions of Jester--- not anymore, though! A little bit of lore you you all, too ;)
New Quay is a quaint little seaside town on the Ceredigion coast. This was my second attempt at pen and wash in 2018 and it totally bombed. I'm not sure there's anything I like about this - the colours, the linework, the lack of texture. Nah! Definitely worth trying again at some point.
The plight of the maker is tears from a dropped stitch, the unrelenting mental gauntlet that is bobbin knots, the pain of fingertips burned smooth from the lava-like ooze that hold our creations together. Makers! Know this. You are not alone.
In relation to DSaF 4 (my own sort of sequel --- I didn't make DSaF, this is just a fan project), this guy is the one who brought Dave, Jack, and Henry back to life. How or why he did it is kind of the center of DSaF 4. Uhm, anyways... his name is Peter Miller. Drawn with FireAlpaca.
Horse eye done in graphite. Took about 3 hrs to complete. I’m really happy with how it turned out, but this was my first time doing a detailed eye so I would love to hear what you guys think!
