"Ups & Downs" explores the nature of basic shapes/colors and how they interact to tell a story. This piece focuses on an infinite recycled energy, meaning there is no end point to its structure. The aim was to keep it simple yet structurally complex to the eye.
Everyone's got several faces to show to the world, most of which are hidden because one knows about their real nature. to think people are good seems way too easy to me. You are the reaction and interpretation of your experiences and current circumstances. Assuming the world is shit, people got to be shit at least part time. So go on with your masquerade in order to trick mainly yourself.
An old-style doodle, with many parts to look at! This took a few days, from the initial drawing, to inking, to uploading to my computer and digitally coloring and adding textures and detail! Lots of fun, and definitely different from my normal doodle-style. Thanks for viewing!

Man, I’ve been random lately. I think my mind’s eye sees stuff that normal people don’t. That might make me abnormal. I’m kinda comfortable with that. Guess who’s going to be watching some Clint Eastwood tonight?
I took an hour or two and drew some owls while watching the 7th Harry Potter movie. My favorite time of year is almost here. The cool breezy air, the colors and smells. The sounds of the last crickets, the mood of the sky. I could go on and on. This was A fun piece to work on. What will the next challenge bring?
