I took the skulls of monkeys/apes I'd drawn about a year ago and incorporated them into some new collages that include mandalas I did about a month or two ago. Cutting, cutting, cutting, paper everywhere. I'm a huge mess. The second one is Billy / Jigsaw from Saw!

I helped create the Island in the Sun can for Conshohocken Brewing Company a couple years back. They release it every year in the summer and I drew this up to celebrate the re-release this year!
This is a colorful mixed media artwork using a black ballpoint pen complemented with a rainbow gradient painted with watercolor paints. I created this artwork on November 11, which is why it's titled "Angel Numbers."
Painting, drawing, crayoning, markering (I just made that word up)...it's always more fun when a child is involved, even when they purposefully color over a character. It adds character to the character, no?

I didn't know numbats are a thing! Came across this amazing little endangered marsupial when I was trying to decide which N animal to paint. They eat only termites (hence the recipes ;)). Love dahlias, not just because they are so ornate, but also because they bloom so very late. The tuberous begonias and potted dahlias are still in full bloom at the start of November, how cool is THAT? (For the northern hemisphere and 47th parallel, no less!) This is a stylized drawing in colored pencils.
