Based on a concept for an upcoming indie metroidvania game inspired by Shadow of the Beast ! The following is by MegaJeff1989 (From DeviantArt) . . . . This will be a non-profit high quality free to download Samurai Jack fan game based on Episode XXXI: Jack and the Scarab . that will take place in it's own continuity separate from SJ's with no mention or appearance of Jack, Aku, or any other characters except the ones from the episode. The characters don't exist in this adaption. It will be it's own self contained story. The story is that the Minion of Set who is the protagonist was once a human Egyptian prince who was kidnapped by worshippers of Set and given him to their god along with other children, a dark ritual commenced where they were transformed into his strongest minions to wreak chaos and destruction upon Egypt. The protagonist regains his human mind after fatally injuring the pharaoh who was his father but the pharaoh has completed a ritual to imprison him and the other minions in a tomb where they'll stay forever. He vows vengeance upon Set and he awaits the day that somebody frees them from their prison so he can carry it out.

Annette Hanshaw, look her up. She is wonderful!!! Now, I think some people think I'm tryna be rude doing this whole Joker-esque vibe, PLEASE, I'm not. I like and respect Joker (mainly the Mark Hamill one). The music that Annette Hanshaw sings is one that takes me back to a time where we get that nice old soul of old timey goodness, which is what Mr Mark Hamill's portrayal of the Joker made me think of. So, making an older photo of Annette Hanshaw look like the Joker form DC comics, to me, is a cool thing. Yes, I didn't draw the entire thing, this is just me drawing over the picture. A false sense of nationalism drove the UK out of the EU. It's therefore to be wondered how far that nationalism will serve the country on the outside. Probably as far as one sheet of toilet paper. "Mind how you go!"

We Puppetapostles, we keep track of what our Lord Puppet is doing, we study each of his movements, each his word is recorded and subjected to philosophical analysis. And always, again, over and over again, our conviction is strengthened every time: He is the God of eternal wisdom and the correct procedures! It is known that Puppet Zvonko - for their own entertainment - whips, branded and cuts people with a razor, often with mortal consequences. The freshness of morning withdrew in front of the warm rays of the sun. The Wizard of Cirilo Bum and I came to the High Meadow, one beautiful gazebo, where we planned to spend a day off. - Only those who work hard and get their work done, fully enjoy all the pleasure of a vacation - said the wizard Čirilo Bum. Spirit of water was gone, but a good part of the way, perhaps from curiosity, we were followed by other inhabitants of the World of Fantasy, were to me welcome companions, I took my thoughts with them, to the house. Watched a video of Mark Crilley doing this drawing so I tried to emulate it. Black paper and white pencil is its own form of skill.

Just some time wasters I did. I would explain it, but it would require me to go into way too much comic nerd information. Its essentially a comic character that I redesigned (no its not the Joker). I really love concept art, and character design. I'm really not good at it, but I delve into it periodically for fun.

This painting/ drawing is started in the Abstract with forms created organically. I used Acrylics and applied them liberally as you might use in watercolor techniques. I love challenging myself to create in this form, as I do in finding the figures which may form themselves in the process. I then detail the figures in a drawing style to enhance and bring it forward. It’s part of a three piece series I made in this color story and can also be seen on my ArtFinder page, available for purchase. @adrianajgarces

A quick sketch of a man holding a cup of coffee. This was drawn from a reference photo. Lately I've been practicing portraits. Trying to limit myself to 20 mins or so and just draw the basic form as best I can. Otherwise I'll fiddle with the details and spend hours trying to adjust things. Sketching in ink helps also since I can't erase. Need to get more comfortable sketching faster, but I like the way this turned out.

In all, I have created 11 illustrations: apple, apricot, banana, cherry, grape, lemon, orange, pear, plum, tomato, watermelon. Using rapidograph to form the shape, I am coloring my works digitally in Adobe Photoshop. Here is an apple!

Noise everywhere: kids, clocks, pawns and queens. Yet here, in the middle of it, a pause. A man leans back with the weight of waiting. A woman sits, at ease but still seeking. An empty chair remembers everyone who has rested there. In a place built to dazzle, what lingered with me was not the spectacle, but the silence. Sometimes the quickest drawings hold the deepest truths. During an after-sermon discussion about understanding the love of God, I found myself listening with one ear and drawing with the other. Frank, seated across the room, made a natural model—relaxed posture, thoughtful presence, and a face full of character. With a pen in hand, I traced his form in a quick contour line, following the folds of his shirt, the tilt of his jaw, the stillness of his hands resting in his lap. Contour drawing asks us to see more than just the surface—it demands patience and presence, a slowing down until the line itself feels like prayer. Frank became more than a subject; he was a reminder that the love of God is often revealed in ordinary moments and everyday people.

Figured I’d try my hand at something fan art flavoured for this one… namely in the form of my favourite tiny fictional character, Kirby! I can’t ascertain when exactly I became a fan of the Kirby franchise, although playing Super Smash Bros as a young boy may have something to do with that. Whatever the case, I got hooked on the pink (or blue in some cases) puffball very quickly!
