Copied from page 41 of Dana Fox’s in the Forest watercolor book. I messed up a little bit on the feathers when coloring them.

As cunning as a fox - pen and ink scribble drawing which is part of a series of common sayings which will be silk screened and mounted as a set.

Older picture I've done. At that time I wasn't used to using references, but instead I did everything from my head, as I imagined them. And this time I wanted to create a lonely arctic fox with a warmer atmosphere surrounding the animal.

Playing around with watercolor

These are seashells that I copied out from Dana Fox’s (In the Ocean) book. They were fun but it was also challenging trying to capture the likeness and texture of seashells.

ANOTHER fox design, his name is Blue. Not so proud of this one, as the snout looks quite bulky (for a fox) and the eye is shaded awkwardly. But, you learn from your mistakes. :)

This is fox I drew in colored pencil for my daughter , she has it hanging in a frame in her room .

Too much patterns? Probably, but i enjoyed every minute painting it.I had so much fun inventing new patterns for each layer.

I love the song Blackbird by Paul McCartney. But, blackbirds are very territorial when they have young ones in the nest. There is a sunny tree-lined path I like to walk in the summer. I have seen a fox running out of those woods, a doe lying in the sun-drenched grass, and an irate couple of blackbirds diving at my head while I was peacefully walking by their nest of young ones. I had to start carrying a stick to ward them off. Blackbird Fly! Just stay away from me!
