We looked at line techniques and I made this character as part of one of my made up game universes. I used cross hatching to shade it. Slightly gorey.

I just started cross hatching thanks to @apricotjams and I loved it and this is my first cross hatched drawing

Freehand ink and gel pen dragon Hatchlings.

This creature lays it's eegs near cliffs to the sea. The eggs roll into the water and for about 7 days the sea will be quiet. When they hatch it storms. The Alkonost is in general friendly towards mankind.
