“But how beautiful is the rose that blooms on the grave?”
“How soft to the touch is the grass, after the rain?”
“I am the king of rot”

This is my contribution to a Diversity and Unity Mural. The meaning behind it is how we are all different and have our own backgrounds, but we're all connected to each other like the roots show. We are stronger unified, and our progression in making the world a better place is like this plant, it can only grow with care and under the right conditions. Together we can make a better future, while still keeping our roots because of their importance to our identities.
Jung here. Done 2020 with lead pencils on 11x17 bristol. This artwork was first drawing after I have not drawn for a year. I did this sort of pose and such drawing before ,but to see if i can draw better when I drew this back in 2020 and i kinda liked how it came out. This year 2022 i did some a bit of touch ups on the drawing to make it a bit better and here it is. The leaf painted by using Watercolors & Splash Technique. It creates nice combo of colors to a Leaf. Dew Drops on top make em realistic. Dew drops show purest form of nature.
