These characters are actually from a obscure Halloween short which my niece loves watching,I made this drawing as a b-day gift for her.

With all the California Wildfires, I'm reminded of a Comic I drew back in 2007. I'm California born & raised, so wildfires aren't too much of a big deal, but this latest one is definitely a history maker.

While the ads are on TV, I doodle. Drawn with Ink and graphite pencil (for toning). Size A5, ruled notepad.

UPDATE: I was working on this illustration a while back, but I had no spare time and had to put it aside. The composition was too busy, but now I think it looks a little better. I made a few major changes, like: • Made adjustments to light sources • Created bolder outlines • Got rid of the Knight reading over the dragon's shoulder

New sketchbook time? And right on time too.

I do generally put pen (or some kind of tool), to paper (or some kind of surface), every day, but I'm really TRYING to do it purposefully in one singular location (journal). Here is a successful attempt from that particular day. I'm also super lazy, which means I never go up to my actual studio and only use what's out on my computer desk.

This frog monster does its best thinking when it's strolling along on its colorful bicycle.
