This image kind of represents my life... seemingly peaceful, but in all actuality is a whirlwind of emotion and ideas that just end up being torture. This is more of a vent.

I have been so stressed out the last couple of days that today I completely have drawn a blank as to what to draw and is the reason why I’m posting sooo late today. I don’t know what this is I just decided to put blocks on blocks just to get something out there for today, but if anyone who sees this post has any like simple, ideas that I can do I am all for it; behind this 365 challenge I do drawing exercises like Proko and drawabox , I just don’t post it. Sooooo….yea any ideas would be nice.

I drew a braid today I said to myself that I was going to start doing more painting and graphite work I showed it to my brother and he immediately saw it to be a braid so I was happy about that. I was sketching braids out a lot yesterday and now I’m trying to work on my shading and value tones for this piece. I think the shading came out OK I do think it can be better. I’m thinking about taking one or two days off from work just so can I really focus on more art.

I have been doing this challenge for 31 days honestly I thought that I wasn’t going to do it because I set goals for myself before and I never really went through and achieved them but I have had so much time to myself during this pandemic during these past two years that I feel like I should’ve been doing something but never did and I just didn’t want another year pass and not doing anything and which is the whole reason I have been doing this challenge 31 days wasn’t that bad and I hope to keep on going for the next 334 days I think getting to 100 will be a big milestone for me that would be something to celebrate

Clemence was supposed to be the only child but to create more conflict I decided to give her a younger teen sister name Calamity,who's blue,figuratively and literally.she's not goth,she just likes wearing black.Calamity,like most teens,has self-esteem issues and has no hope in herself and thinks the future is going to be grim.

JUST ZENTANGLE ~ NO FACE THIS TIME

A dumb radio commercial inspired this comic done in a blank comic book using ink stamps and pen. Parts are verbatim, such as, "I use to be the life of the party, but when I experienced hearing loss, I'd just sit there quietly". I thought, "Nobody who was the life of the party is going to just sit there quietly".

Don’t you just wish that the witch could have just cursed you and everyone to sleep for all eternity? Instead, the curse brings you a demanding child worthy of her namesake. Could we put a sock on it?

It's Saint John of God with his good brother Saint Raphael the Archangel! Saint John of God was a Portuguese soldier turned health-care worker in Spain, whose followers later formed the Brothers Hospitallers of Saint John of God, a worldwide Catholic religious institute dedicated to the care of the poor, sick, and those suffering from mental disorders (He himself had a mental breakdown). The Archangel Raphael assisted him in his charitable work even wearing the Habit of St. John of God's order (which is black, yes good angels can wear black lol). This drawing refers to when Saint John of God was helped by Raphael as he carried a sick man ("Whatever you have done to the least of your brethren you have done to me"). Just as John of God lay weakened with the burden of carrying the man and feeling like he could not go on, Raphael appeared and together they shared the load to ensure the man was carried to the hospital. He did this and appeared many other times to help in various ways, once he even appeared with St. John the Apostle. I just finished my very first book illustration gig. It was a ton of work and the client is really happy! Just a few years ago I never would have dreamed I'd illustrate a book. Yay me!

It's one of Luisa's best buddies: Padre Pio! Now in color! Doesn't seeing Capuchin colors make you feel like having a cappuccino? Just make sure you have your coffee with milk in the morning here in Italy, otherwise you will scandalize all the Italians. lol. So I just finished “the fault in our stars” by John green and it is very sad. It involves death and there is a song called when am I going to lose you by local natives. Both of them at the same time was overwhelming and It brought up the question, when am I gonna lose the ones I love so dearly?
