What inspired me with this piece was an enchanted forest. The purple trees and pinkish leaves plus the somewhat colorful grass (capturing it with my camera was a little tough but its a mix of forest and deep green with some blue) and the shrooms made me think of a kind of air of mysticism and fantasy. The Elk is one of my favorite animals and I feel has a regal presence almost in it. I thought about adding more vegetation but I was afraid of adding too much. What do you think? ^^

My son and I were blowing bubbles in liquid watercolors with dish soap, then putting the bubbles on the paper. I took a pen to some of mine, and these little guys appeared.
Here's a doodle of my house. (I feel like this looks a bit different than what I usually do.) This is an homage to my 100+ year old house that has had many generations live in it. The bottom section is overly curved because, in reality, the center of the house is sinking and everything rolls towards the middle. A lot of character for a little house.

During my school days where we were asked to draw a still life of objects we want to go on holiday with. I have chosen a purse, some slippers and lots of cute little things. The colours look fantastic and it is a mixed medium art as I used colours, pencil and acrylics for this.
From Frozen 2, Bruni the Fire Spirit is a cute little dragon that brings joy and comfort when the world seems like a dark and gloomy place. I decided one day to do some shading on one of my little cartoon fairies. This is the result. A fun little piece featuring a fairy and little lightning bug discovering each other. :)
