I took an hour or two and drew some owls while watching the 7th Harry Potter movie. It's been a hot minute. I was taking myself too seriously until there was no fun in drawing left. So I had a break, then bought myself some chunky kids' markers and voilà!
Continuing my insect series. This yellow jacket was drawn with Micron pens and water-based markers. I used graphite for the shadow and a Gelly Roll pen for highlights.
A true doodle? Messing around with some markers. I think this character was originally supposed to be a HH OC, but wound up looking more like some reject from an 80's cartoon (which is acceptable to me lol).
