This sketchbook is all about triangle patterns! Each page starts with a base layer of connecting triangles. From there, I fill in different patterns on each page, challenging myself to come up with new ideas for each page.
I don’t use headphones myself, but I imagine it must be nice to be able to dream away and be in some other state of mind, from boring cold and grey winter times.
So this is the ~Finished Product~ of that one Linh drawing, and I took it with my phone so it's not as bad quality. Looking back now, I could have done so much better, but it is what it is. Besides, I've practiced and gotten so much better, and I'm proud of myself for that!! :)
Life has been an absolute hell-hole lately; I often tell myself to cling on; but for what? There will be nothing waiting for me at the end, if I piece things back together. Please do not take any of this seriously. I often can't.
Kept myself occupied during a quiet day at work earlier by getting a head-start on things here, and my word it was quiet! Well...ish (towards the end that is).
Unfortunately, I broke up and separated with my girlfriend prior to Christmas. If there is an upside, it is that moving by myself has led me going through old work I’d packed up in various boxes - not opened for years. This is just an abstract biro doodle (+ markers for colour) I doodled, while working in a stupid telephone interview job in my early 20s.
It is a disconcerting realization to understand that a fleeting moment of inattention can lead to catastrophic consequences particularly in the volatile realm of cryptocurrency. I had always prided myself on being astute and cautious with my digital assets but one fateful day I became ensnared in a sophisticated scam. The ordeal began with a direct message on Telegram from an individual masquerading as Trust Wallet Support. The message warned me of an urgent security update and appeared remarkably authentic complete with the Trust Wallet logo. Trusting my instincts I clicked the link without a moment's hesitation.Upon accessing the site I was prompted to enter my recovery phrase to verify my identity. In a moment of panic and confusion I complied believing I was taking necessary precautions to protect my assets. To my utter dismay within minutes my entire Trust Wallet balance was obliterated. Over $18,000 in Bitcoin and Ethereum vanished before my eyes. The gut-wrenching realization that I had unwittingly granted scammers unfettered access to my funds was overwhelming.In a state of desperation I began to scour the internet for crypto recovery services and stumbled upon Salvage Asset Recovery. Initially I was apprehensive; the internet is rife with fraudulent recovery services that prey on the vulnerable. However after conducting thorough research to verify their legitimacy I decided to reach out for assistance.The team at Salvage Asset Recovery proved to be nothing short of extraordinary. I don't know what the fuck I just made I was trying to draw a cookie but the reference that I had had a lot of like different cracks in it I wasn't familiar with. I was doing draw a box earlier in 2021 but I stopped doing it because I started getting into my head I started doubting myself I was like why am I just trying to seriously draw now at 27, why did I go to school for 6 years to get a 4 year art degree, why is my art is not at the level I want it to be compared to all my classmates; these are all reasons why I'm doing this 365 challenge and I should remind myself that all the fucking time. I'm also going back to work for the next 4 days and work takes all of my energy to do art. Tomorrow marks 20 days of doing this, I'm proud of that.
I told myself, weeks ago that i would be post two or three times a week but here I am posting after a month of nothing. I have been painting alot more, but i finally completed something and am ready to post it. I decided flowers because i like flowers. I did a life vs. death kind of thing. I was hesitant about painting these because i was thinking to myself do i like flowers because i like them or because im a women and society norms tell me to? I know it sounds stupid but its these kind of thoughts that stop me from doing things i enjoy or want to do in life.

This was my big project this weekend, my first attempt at a large full body horse. The picture was requested by a horse lover like myself and I can’t wait to give it to her. Done in pencil on an 18x24in sketch pad.
Well... My school got closed for 2 weeks due to COVID-19. I think that the virus is a relatively serious thing, but closing schools isn’t going to do anything. The virus will still be there when we come back. I’m glad for the break, but I know I will find myself bored at some point. This means a lot of random paintings and drawings :)
Before getting to this result, I never a actually drew a full fledge skeleton before. So rather than take on the entire thing at once, I took it upon myself to only focus on the upper half of the body. I’m still practicing human anatomy for drawing but I hope overtime, it only improves. :)
I have been up and down this week with my art. One day I love it and in a few days I start to hate it. Its a roller coaster I'm sick of. But inside myself I hold many universes that I try to explore with my characters. One might hold vampires, while the other might hold mermaids. While others are looking for peace, lost treasures or finding their way home.
I drew a braid today I said to myself that I was going to start doing more painting and graphite work I showed it to my brother and he immediately saw it to be a braid so I was happy about that. I was sketching braids out a lot yesterday and now I’m trying to work on my shading and value tones for this piece. I think the shading came out OK I do think it can be better. I’m thinking about taking one or two days off from work just so can I really focus on more art.

But I have paved a long way to where I am now - today I paint every day by teaching people and open their eyes to the amazing world around and within them. I started drawing black and white graphics, but since than I evolved my style by adding colors. Now I have found a combination that can express best what I want to see and feel.
I am director of a painting and creation studio "The Magic of the Brush" in the growth of the network of experience in Carmiel. I was born into a family of architects and artists, painting and a passion for art have fascinated me all my life, I started with black and white graphics like a forest of books and slowly rolled into color painting. The creation of all work makes me alive - I feel, I think, I understand.
I believe that art is a way of life. I Want to bring it to as many people as possible in order to make our world a better place.
