After a long day, it's pretty exciting to go home. Especially in the company of my closest friends, promising each other that tomorrow will be a better day.
The work was taken by me in Portland, Oregon, USA. In the distance there is a house, a pillar on top of it has a lamp, Looking up at the sky at that time, the sunset sky looked very beautiful. The clumps of clouds drifted with the wind. Beneath the waves crashing against the shore, signaling that the tide has risen, the images in the above work make people always have to worry about the images that look very eye-catching.
Part of the V4 animatronic --- the predecessor to Elizabeth; who was destroyed in a fire, and had to be replaced due to the major damage caused. Drawn with FireAlpaca.
This is for BJW [initials] one of my writers and irl friend. Yes, I have drawn her before, but this was again as a gift! [If you read this far thanks for checking out my art! It has been a while. I have been working on a project that can't be posted. I decided to try re-doing pictures that I have already posted. This is a re-do of Paul Newman. I wanted to see if I have improved. Drawing consistently now since late November/early December 2020.
I know I have not uploaded in a while, I’ve been busy, it’s a miked media kinda, water color colored pencils. Only some of it is watered though. I did this with my friend so it was a collab.
Some friends and I are working on a Bendy and the ink machine [sorta an AU] animatic. I wanted to doodle my character alive/ human before I made her an ink creature :)) Hope you like it!
Quick sketch created in WorkVisual App on iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. The 36$ app was free that day. Liked the drawing aspect of the app. Later manipulated in Procreate and Affinity Photo.
I played with some different rendering techniques in my digital lineart/with some diagonal shading in the shadows in addition to my usual cell shading. I used the same colour as the hair /skin/ clothing in for my lineart on a 'multiply' layer then duplicated that layer and added a blur/reduced the opacity for its copy to soften the look of the lines.
Spent some time last week trying to work through a new digital painting/colouring technique . It needs some more work and I haven't decided if I like It yet or not. One of the images turned out blander but the original skin tone was very orange I did like the brush textures a lot better on the orange skin but the lighting feels better on the purple-toned image.
Digital is fun. I didn’t really know what I was doing at first, but know that I’ve kind of figured it out there’s so much you can do with it! I’ve been also taking some art requests online. This was one of them! ^^ Such a cute character!
