Acrylic gouache on MDF, approx 4x6". Part of an experiment: what if I painted the inside of a picture frame (ie, the inside of the backing board)? Result: it actually works really well!
This acrylic painting was developed from a spectacular photo that was gifted to me. As usually, I had to make some changes. The head was looking away. I created a model for what I needed and filled in details from research.
I do enjoy doing geometric pattern based work, this one was done in satun thailand. I also have some prints available of this piece if anyone is interested. Thank you ✌️

Hello! A long time without seeing each other, right? So, I'm back with some digital drawings, I hope you like it! ;D This piece was done for a challenge of using only the MSPaint color palette.
Was initially going to try coffee painting with this one, but that clearly wasn’t happening...
Hence the mentioning of divorce here, it being my expectations being split from the reality this time around. Still, things worked out in the end!
