Cute weather forecast ☁️/☂️ First trial and errors with oil pastels! I bought 4 sticks to try the new medium and I'm having so much fun making cute little doodles

I created this as part of "Children's Book Illustration" course. I used chalk pastels to create baby mermaid with her fish friends

Artwork using soft pastels

Combination of traditional and digital art. I actually hand painted this on some very textured paper with oil pastels a while back, so to 'tidy and clean' it I had to employ digital means. The background was done with alcohol inks, the 'flow' of it I was particularly proud of :).

Rough and smudgy. Kind of how I feel. I got frustrated and just put a bunch of pastels on paper. It's not pretty but it's pretty close to being an authentic look inside myself.
