A favourite separation of Yorkshire people to bring good luck on themselves is to throw a hairy caterpillar over their left shoulder whenever they find one!

Blue-gray Gnatcatchers (Polioptila caerulea) are a very small songbirds and are most frequently encountered in pinyon-juniper habitat but can be found in any low-elevation areas with an abundance of shrubs. In the style of Lucien Freud, this little painting didn't take long, but was fun and an accurate representation of the model. Plus size models are often just as interesting as many of the thinner models we got in drawing sessions. Beauty exists for different people in different ways. Character is certainly a big aspect.
A fierce,rebellious,individualistic,stoic demoness who is eventually exiled from her home in Alceridia by Qasaherim.she is found by Erik and the rest of the peasant teenagers lying down cold and disturbed all by herself with ripped clothes.she recovers but she vows to kill Qasaherim once she returns to her normal form and to hell.she faces everyday obstacles as a peasant while Qasaherim laughs at her misery.She can read minds,open black holes,change time,time travel (which can be painful) she does have a final form (alceridians don't have final forms unless they were gifted by their creators for a special reason)but it's abominable and inconceivable and it's 700ft tall Qasaherim has a form similar to hers too.
Part of a huge doodle. Started as a doodle while I talked to a friend on the phone. She was one of those non-stop-don't-interupt-me talkers. I got hours of work done while on the phone. It ended up being purchased by our local public gallery for $4,000 bucks. Not bad! And I may use it in a future children's book.

"English as She is Spoke" is a delightful example of incompetence and bad judgement. Jose da Fonseca and Pedro Carolina set out to write a Portuguese-English phrasebook. The only problem was that they didn't speak any English. They did know some French and armed with French-English phrasebook, dictionaries and enthusiasm they brought forth this book. Mark Twain was an early admirer of this book. "Nobody can add to the absurdity of this book, nobody can imitate it successfully, nobody can hope to produce its fellow; it is perfect, it must and will stand alone: its immortality is secure."
