After a year of really focusing on the fundamentals I decided to try my hand at some simple studies regarding facial features and attempted hair. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated, as I’m wanting to continue to learn and improve!
Sketching at the Academy (California Academy of Science) with my five year old. This was so fun. There was so much movement that he actually focused on his own sketchbook for long enough for me to get one in. Usually, he's done by the time I put the clips on my book! The Academy and all museums are closed again with SF preemptively joining the rest of the state in the extended stay at home order this past Sunday 12/6/2020. Grateful we got to go several times while it was open.
just pencil,,no reference,,,i wonder why my artwork is so less viewed,,,,,, becaouse at the begining all was great!! valoreted well, now it feels like im doing crap,,,,,,why??

Happy Sunday everyone! I saw my grandparents picture of the good shepherd in their living room today and got inspired to make my own version. Jesus, our good and merciful shepherd! Have mercy on us and we love you! #Christian, #jesus, #goodshepherd, #catholic, #sketch
We all see the world through a different lens.
What I see, and express is different then what you will see.
Your background is different. Your experiences are different.
I know what I see. What about you?
Taking this pic was challenging finding the right light for the moon and the stars pop up more imo and my frog was hard to color but I love how the lake came out with the shines from the moon and fireflies. I even took the time to paint some tall grass and reeds in the background ^^ hope you like!
Thanks for missing me, Doodle Addict app. Pastels - as in pastel colors?
Well...depends on how far we can bend that. Inspired by the hurricane that passed through this evening. The wind bent the largest trees to the ground. I'm happy to still have my roof.
