Dude this thing is gonna be a wip especially cause I’m shit at shading *obviously* so that’s gonna take me a while -I’ve spent 45minutes on this thing so far I’ma continue it later

Annuals are encouraged to seed in the less formal beds in our large garden. We tend them, photograph them, and I draw and paint them. This is a colored pencil (Prismacolor) drawing of one of our seedling poppies. It was an odd form. Not exactly a single, nor a double and lacked the common cross markings in the throat.

I played around with stylized head shapes and facial features by using a col-erase pencil to draw the basic structure, and then adding detail to it.

Hi there, I wanted to uploade this art work as the quarantine quarter submission.. But due to my harsh luck the time was out...and I was late by 2-3mins...I was extremely sad about it but then thought to upload it on my profile only...so this is basically a drawing of me and my family enjoying time in this quarantine period :) and please please please tell any kind of lack in my this drawing... I'm doing an opera drawing each day (MET free daily stream during Covid19 closure). Here's a pencil drawing from yesterday-: Das Rheingold (Wagner's Ring). This is the dwarf Mime in the LaPage production.

Homegrown elephant garlic drawing done in graphite pencil (H and HB). I enjoy drawing little roots and entanglements---following each one to its logical conclusion. A little OCD, I know.

Uh, strange, not sure why the end of the flow is kind of levitating.

All Done! I’m pretty happy with how it turned out, but a few of the proportions are way off... but oh well. And I absolutely suck at manes(hair) soooo ya. Also I was curious, I’m thinking about getting some prints made of my artwork to sell, do any of you think you or someone you know would be interested in prints? Just curious, thanks! Pencil drawing WIP

Random sketches that will become finished oil paintings... maybe.

I would like to place a red rose somewhere in the vicinity of the red circle. Should I make the background darker than the Friesian, lighter (grey-ish) than the Friesian, or keep it how it is? Any opinions/comments would be very helpful.

I got out of my comfort zone and tried painting a watercolor without an ink drawing underneath - just pencil lines.
