It’s safe to say January feels like one of those 100 day months...

So at this point I've fully excepted that I'm really only good at flowers and landscapes lol

I do these in alcohol inks but I have pages and pages of doodles in B/W and Colored Pencil or Markers in my sketch books of these far away things....oteresa

Pencil sketch of Van Gogh's "Tabernacle on the Heath." I left out the person--too hard for me to draw!

This is an old Formula 3 race car built by Joseph Potts ltd, Lanarkshire, in 1952. They have it in the National Museum of Scotland, where I drew this a couple of weeks ago as a part of Urban Sketchers meetup (as it’s too cold to go outside yet). This is pretty mixed media: pencil, watercolour pencil, white gouache and some acrylic markers. Drawn on spot.
