While "piggy-backing" at a friend's watercolor class this afternoon the subject of mushrooms came up. This is my quick rendering of a mushroom in Procreate on my first gen iPad using my Sensu stylus. Shadows will be addressed in next week's class but unfortunately I will be gone. I definitely need more practice with shadows.

been watching some proko vids lately, as well as reading through Andrew Loomis’s head and face anatomy book; practice and more practice haha. What do you think I should focus on? ^^

Practicing tone with different levels of pencil pressure I found very difficult to do because it requires an immense amount of patience and my hat is off to all of you who have mastered it. ⁀⊙﹏☉⁀

Acrylic practice

I struggle a lot with colors. This is another practice drawing to try and remedy that. Amar and Augustine being cute.

Day 1: Paloma! My accidental quarantine kind of cocktail! I love grapefruit and I usually use it in a DIY Gatorade but quarantine necessity has found me adding some "cleaning" vodka. (I don't normally drink vodka but I keep some around for natural cleaning). I bought these grave-etcher brushes from @retrosupply awhile ago and finally tested them out. Digging it! Also practiced working in illustrator with the iPad mirrored. A little buggy and rough for someone who has only worked with a mouse.

This was a practice page. Involving his back story. This is one of those big moments that do a big thing for his character as a whole.

This was a practice comic page I was doing. As for the character himself. I'll let you try and piece that together through the art.

I'm really enjoying this site so far. This was just a little practice tree; i wanted to try out a different design style....i think it turned out interesting. Tell me what you think! I would greatly appreciate any feedback on my art, comments, tips, etc.

I wish I had more time to redraw this, I'm learning construction with this piece. While I'm satisfied that I have made improvements in learning about the human form, this still just looks bad. Due to lack of time, and practice. I'll get better with time and patience.

These recent post have all been starting from random lines I put on the paper. Good practice for me.

I was really experimenting here and not 100% original but I really love this for some inspiration and a practice round at some new ideas.
