I've been exploring these great coloured pencils, Lyra Polycolor, ans I'm loving it! They are buttery and so vivid on my moleskine sketchbook. These drawings are inspired by the trending tattoo designs. I'm thinking of creating some for an old tattoo cover-up too..
Im finally working on another drawing of him,it's that he's quite difficult to draw and it takes forever to finish unlike some other ocs you can draw in less in an hour,can anyone relate to this?forgot I still had this lying around in my phone.Still need a name change since "Fedren" doesnt fit him and I just made it up.He does look somewhat the same except now he has a squarish chin instead of a pointy round one, he's muscular instead of being slim,he also doesn't wear a pointless gaudy helmet anymore and his hair is less voluminous
Claire here with another species I designed! This is a digital drawing of what I call a Gormadon. It's likeness is most like a bear, but it has spikes and frills kind of like a dragon or dinosaur. I imagine this species to be quite big if it were real. Perhaps about the size of an adult elephant. This artwork was supposed to be a self portrait but it quickly turned into a more charming, awesome stylized portrait (not mine, obviously). This piece has a color scheme similar to midnight gospel and katana zero (video game), I have added the blue and pink color shades to make it a little bit interesting. It was nice and refreshing to see a (physically) strong rebellious female character, something different from a usual portrayal of female characters. However something went down the hill and I'm struggling to go past the 1st season hehe.
I know, Korra and the whole series are quite controversial and I understand why, but as a female myself I was inspired by this badass female character (well, as I explained, until some point, but nonetheless). Anyways, hope you enjoy my drawing ^^

I always enjoy making characters, but with a traditional medium, this is my first digital character design or more of a cartoon. This character is inspired by the vampire genre with the color scheme of pink and blue, the cartoony inspiration is from television series such as adventure time, Rick and Morty, and midnight gospel.

This artwork was requested by @lanahyawnuwuw. You asked for people in dresses, I give you people in dresses! Except now I want someone to use this for a movie. I can just imagine one of the trailer scenes: a guy talking to someone and says “what are they gonna do? They’re just girls with guns.” And he proceeds to get shot by one of them who comes into the room. Someone please make this into a movie.
