It was International Friendship Day yesterday, so I made a little something. Pokémon is a huge part of my childhood, and I'd like to draw something for it. The Fashion Police special tasks force, the fun the police. Just had fun with this one.

I played around with stylized head shapes and facial features by using a col-erase pencil to draw the basic structure, and then adding detail to it.

I used Prismacolor pencils for this!
