Another page from my drawing journal. I sketch based on photos taken of people, places, things, doings--often same day.

So, the shorter animatronics that I posted earlier were actually the second versions of those animatronics. I redrew them because of... how they looked, I guess. Their proportions were way off. This animatronic is the third version of one of the animatronics, Elizabeth. I was planning on making more of these guys, to update them all, but it takes hours to make these guys, because I also have to make the endoskeleton for them. So, right now, Advanced Elizabeth sits in Jester's workshop, where she'll be alone for as long as I don't make another advanced animatronic. Personally, I think these look a lot nicer, but the second versions (the ones I posted) have a certain charm to them. I'm also working on the right stage animatronics, the red fox and the DJ. There have been many Joker incarnations, and this will be someone's favorite. I like the differences in each actor's portrayal of him.

Sometimes I feel like my drawing is similar to composing music. I start drawing just something and hope that it begins its own life. In this drawing i start from the clouds and doesnt have any idea what it is gonna be at end.

Sometimes the flow of curved lines are what I feel good to me. I just let the pen go.

Here are the two tall animatronics. Jester (the one on the left) and Dellusion (the one on the right). They run a pizzaria. Jester and Dellusion are both sentient, but the others aren't. I'm still working on a final version of the shorter animatronics. But for now, have these two! I'm still trying to find a satisfying color palette for Dellusion, so if you have any ideas, let me know! Tomorrow, if I haven't finished the shorter animatronics, I'll post the piskel sprites I've made for them. This picture was drawn with FireAlpaca.

3 profiles of the same eye, 3 mediums. 1st time sketching with ink.

Made with pen, ink pencil and gel pen. Started off as a quick sketch to loosen the cobwebs but turned into a piece that I dived into and developed more of my own style.

I drew this when I heard my girl wants to break up. Suddenly you understand how the drifting wood feels.
