Love of my life caught in a contemplative moment in a Midtown NYC coffee shop. Ballpoint Pen on Archival 9” x 12” paper, Adobe Photoshop.

I found this grouping quite challenging to draw. Also known as The Two Wrestlers, The Uffizi Wrestlers or The Pancrastinae. The sculpture is a Roman marble sculpture copy of a lost Greek original from the third century BCE. The piece is in the Uffizi collection in Florence, Italy.

For day 27 I made a very diluted India ink wash and painted a cityscape at night with white ink over it. I like how it turned out! Naïve and quirky.

Jung here. Done 2015 with lead pencils on 11x17 bristol paper. Original art is gone cuz i tried to ink this piece back in year 2021 but it did not come out good so ripped it. For Inktober 25, I played around with a rainbow rubber stamp and markers. Simple but it was a lot of fun! And isn't Inktober all about experimentation and practise?

Lord Shiva Thandavam

The idea for this portrait came to me when I was looking at a packaging of soap - it was very glossy and it looked like it could look like pearls. As well as the soap packaging, I used white ink mixed with acrylic paint (for opacity) on black paper.
