We have scrap paper for post-it-Notes and I started with just one and had to keep taping more together :D I call this one 'Math Class', I really would like to finish it some day
I watercolored Mathilda's Ms Trunchbull as well as Bride of Frankenstein. I originally painted Lady Frankenstein in green, but it turns out she's a human-skinned person, so I had to change that in Photoshop.
Quirky Botanicals and Friends Colouring Book. My first colouring book, all hand-drawn illustrations that started off as doodles -- as a way of destressing and relaxing, taking breaks from 'real life' and work. My form of joyful creative therapy! This was done on a heavy day. On days like this, I like to doodle whatever is inside my head to lighten things up. My therapy. Almost everything in here means something.
I placed a poster board on my table to protect from acrylics. Doodle Dan showed up while I was having a cuppa cawfee. I'm pretty sure anyone can draw him.

Soon there may be room for me... I'm just waiting for his fall.
I miss grapefruit. Doesn't it just figure? The only medicine I take and it has to have that limitation. It could be worse. Stop whining Jim. At least you made it to the World Series of doodling. Well...in my mind anyway.
My husband has a chronic illness and frequently spends weeks in the hospital. I have been doodling each day while sitting with him and many of them reflect my thoughts at the time. Often appearing are desperation, hope, frustration, sarcasm, fear.
In the Idea Emporium Bakery, Underwater Lollipops are sold. Give a few licks to free the fishes. Be sure to have water handy for them to jump into. (from my new book in the making)
