We think that a biological alarm clock would be much better to play the role of an alarm clock than an ordinary one, because we can simply turn it off and continue to sleep, but such an alarm clock cannot be turned off and you will definitely wake:)

This study is for an upcoming paint about the life of Christ.
The drawling it's self took about two week time of working on it off and on. The research stage took about two months. This study is attempt to capture spirit of being out on the water walking with Jesus during a storm on the sea of Galilee. I hope the viewer can feel Peter anxiety as he is sinking in to the lake as fierce storm drain peter faith in his ability to walk on water through the ability the lord gave him. I wanted to show how compassionate Jesus is to quickly crouch down to rescue peter from drawing and get him back to the safety of the boat with the rest of the disciples, which is outside of the illustration..
Some people feel that i should have Jesus feet visible above the water,so people don't get the notion that Jesus is sinking in the water too. But if I do that it would alter what it would really look like in the natural world ,because even if Jesus's feet were on top of the water this might not be visible to the viewer because the waves in front of Jesus might block the view of his feet.
This illustration make think about the time we have all tried to do a task that the lord has call us to, but we have tried to accomplish the task depending on our own strength in stead of the strength of the holy Spirit. Then we Find our self sinking instead of making head way and we have to call on the Lord to rescue us and put us back on the right track.

A redraw of a drawing I did based off a drawing I did last year,what's different:no more eyelashes,I fixed her weird head shape,she now has jeans because it suits her better,no hair tie,her boots are now red.Algodón means cotton in spanish figured it was a better last name than candy.She was originally a side character in my story but now she's the main character.she's not bubbly or optimistic nor is she a pessimist but a realist.she works as a DEA agent to fight against crime and kingpins,her 1# foe would be ruthleen and parsnip.people don't take her seriously because she's pink,soft and fluffy.despite constant mockery,Clemence is always determined and confident.I might make a reference sheet of her one of these days.
Here on this acrylic/ink on canvas piece, you can see a Loupee realizing that it truly, in fact, is very ugly. Actually so ugly, that it began to melt its surrounding reality causing its shadow to lose its true vibrancy. All it wanted was to see was its pupils. No one can relate to this situation any better than you can.
first attempt at drawing the back of an character,it was easy since Lime Verde is circular.Major Lime Verde is an old but competent fruit who has successfully stopped drug and arms smuggling in most parts of the city,even crime which of course angers many kingpins.shortly after his 2nd term he gets in a freak accident caused by Paxton Pomegranate (a crook who has ties with a drug lord)for firing him.Paxton soon finds and contracts a replacement.a fitness trainer who happens to be a himbo along with his ditzy although smarter girlfriend.Verde soons finds himself helpless and amnesiac.

It's easy to forget the importance of our plants. That is until their life depends on it! I think we have one that needs watering, but then again, maybe it's just thirsty because of those potting supplies and fertilizers! This rendering is part of a collection of illustrations entitled " The Army Years." This rendering remind me of a ride I took on A Army National Guard helicopter,while I was serving in the Air Force- Civil Air Patrol. We were helping them to figure out the safest, and fastest, flight paths between hospitals, for when a patient needs to be air lifted from one hospital to another.
I got to rider in one of the sides compartments of the craft, with the side door open ( of course I was strapped in to my seat ) the craft at one point flew with my side parole to the grown, as it made a couple of sharp turn, real fun ride.
I served in the Civil Air Patrol for 4 year, one of the benefits, was a lot of flying time.
I Severed in the United States Army fore 9 years, 4 years National Guard, and 4 years Regular Army. While in the military , I was a anti tank toe missile crewman, Combat Engineer , and a Field Medic. I served during The Panama War, Desert Shield/ Desert Storm, Police action in Somalia.
This picture is entitled " Support Is on The Way." because any field soldier know that helicopter are the main transport vehicle for delivering, supplies, mail, equipment, moving troops back and forth, from the rear to the battlefield.

Happy feast of St. John of the Cross, one of the doctors of the church. Well known for his work on the "Dark night of the Soul" which is different than "Spiritual Desolation" that St. Ignatius talks about. We all have our crosses to bear but we don't always see the fruit. It's a fitting day for me as I got a big cross today but with God's grace I can support it. Please pray for my healing of headaches and depression, they are really getting in the way. St. John of the Cross, pray for us.

Had an unfinished doodle of green trees sitting in my Procreate Gallery when I was asked to submit a Christmas card to our draw group. Some quick modifications to the green trees and the result.
